We are situated 40 minutes south of Hobart, travelling
  along the A6 to the Huon Valley, through Huonville, 
 8 kilometres further on you will enter the lovely town
  of Franklin.

South of the Franklin we are 700 meters on the right,
  opposite the two apple shed on the left.
